Our refund and return policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Different types of goods cannot be returned. Custom items such as cables, studio furniture, software or licenses cannot be returned.
We also do not accept products that are hygienic, such as headphones, microphones ect.

To complete your return, we need an order confirmation or proof of purchase.
Never return your purchase to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds can be granted:

Items with obvious signs of use

Any item not in original condition, missing or damaged packaging or missing parts for reasons not due to our fault.

Any item returned after more than 14 days from delivery.


Once your return is received and verified, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it is processed and the amount is automatically refunded to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds:

If you have not yet received a refund, please check your bank account again first.

Then contact your credit card company; it may take a while for your refund to be officially booked.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items:

Special return conditions apply to all items purchased during a sale or promotional period. These items may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused, undamaged and with all original tags and packaging. It is important to remember that sale items are not eligible for a full refund. Instead, we offer a credit or an exchange for another item from our collection. The cost of returning sale items is the responsibility of the customer. Before returning an item, please contact our customer service department for further instructions and to ensure your return goes smoothly.
